Hi, I'm Harriet - a wedding photographer based in Sheffield, shooting across Yorkshire and the North of England.
Thanks for checking out my weddings page, I take pride in telling the story of your unique day, tailoring each day to your individual needs and wishes as a couple. I love being a part of your special day and creating timeless images for you to cherish for years to come.
My purpose as your wedding photographer is to capture every unique moment as it unfolds, which is why I approach the day to capture the action it as it happens without being intrusive on your day. I love to allow my creativity to flow with your individual couple portraits - whether a beautiful sunset silhouette, a sun-kissed golden hour, or a champagne exit to end the day. All done in time before your guest's have noticed you've gone!
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
On your special day I arrive promptly and get straight to work! Blending straight in and capturing those moments as they happen - I want your day to go exactly as you planned it without your pictures feeling directed or forced. Lots of brides say they feel like I'm more like a friend than their photographer! I'll offer an extra pair of hands for those last minute emergencies - I've held dresses together while brides squeeze in, I've ran across venues to fetch the one bouquet that got left in a spare room, I've helped fasten shoes and everything in between!
From getting ready, to the ceremony, speeches, and first dance, I'll take a back seat and photograph the day as it unfolds...noticing the little details in the flowers, cake toppers, venue decorations and everything else in between. The only part of the day where I'll take a slight lead is in the group photos (if you want them!) as I'll structure this to get through them as quickly and easily as possible and get your guests back to their dancing and drinking ASAP! We'll sneak off for a short while to capture some pictures of the two of you and you'll be back with your guests before you know it.
